Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% Upfront Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is due at the time of signing the agreement or contract. This upfront payment secures our services and allows us to begin work on your project.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days after the project completion date or as specified in the contract. If no specific completion date is agreed upon, the final payment is due within 30 days from the date of the final invoice.

Invoice and Payment

  • Invoices will be issued upon the completion of milestones or at the final project stage, depending on the nature of the service being provided.

  • All payments must be made in full by the due date as indicated on the invoice.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other agreed method.

Late Payment

  • If the final payment is not made within 30 days of the due date, a late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be charged.

Payment Adjustments

Refunds

  • The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable as it covers the costs incurred in preparing and starting work on your project.

Payment Disputes

If you dispute any charge or payment, please contact us in writing within 5 working days of receiving the invoice. We will work to resolve any issues promptly. However, if the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, the payment is still due, and our standard late payment terms will apply.

Taxes

All payments are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may arise in relation to the services we provide. This includes VAT. Upon entering into an agreement with us you indemnify Building Businesses Limited fully of any costs associated with taxes.
